Bacon and Cheese Melt Chicken Breasts
If you’ve ever visited the UK, you’ll be familiar with their Hunter’s Chicken, a pub classic loved by all ages. Juicy chicken breasts are wrapped in bacon and smothered with BBQ sauce and cheese. So easy to make, and served with chips and/or a salad it is pure bliss. We’re just surprised it hasn’t taken Australia by storm yet…but, soon!
Ingredients:
• 2-6 Mt Barker chicken breasts, as needed
• 2-6 middle bacon rashers, one per breast
• 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce, per breast
• 4 Tbsp shredded cheese, per breast

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees C.
2. Place chicken breasts on a lined baking tray with sides and roast for 20 min.
3. Remove chicken from oven and top with BBQ sauce and cheese
4. Bake for a further 10-15 min or until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is bubbling
