Mt Barker Chicken and Cheese Kransky Pizza
(Gluten Free)
Our Chicken & Cheese Kransky is bursting with flavour and can be used in many ways, why not try spicing up a delicious pizza?
• 3 Mt Barker Chicken & Cheese Kransky Sausages
• Olive Oil cooking spray
• 30g ready-made Gluten Free pizza base
• 2 tbs tomato paste
• ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
• Add any other toppings to taste.
1. Pierce each sausage 4 times with a fork. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray sausages with oil. Cook, turning for 6 minutes. Allow to cool and chop roughly
2. Preheat the oven to 220C. Place pizza base onto an oven tray. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza, leaving a 1.5cm border. Combine cheeses and sprinkle half over the pizza.
3. Arrange the sausage (and any other toppings) on the pizza and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
4. Bake pizza for 15 minutes or until golden. Season with pepper and serve.
