Mt Barker Chicken

Paprika Chicken Noodles
(with Mt Barker Chicken Tenderloins)
Add that extra tenderness to your stir fry noodle dishes by using tenderloins, this recipe has a mix of Indian and Oriental influences.
• 600g Mt Barker Free Range Chicken tenderloins cut into strips
• 1 tbs ground sweet paprika
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ cup (40g) plain flour
• ½ tps freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tbs vegetable oil
• Creamy mushroom noodles to serve
• 1 tbs coarsely chopped fresh continental parsley
1. Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place on a large plate. Dip the chicken in the flour mixture to evenly coat and shake off any excess.
2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to plate lined with paper towel.
3. Divide creamy mushroom noodles among serving bowls and top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve immediately.
