Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

Recipe Notes

*Any high smoke-point vegetable oil will do.


  • 1 pk Hokkien noodles (450g)
  • 1 med Red capsicum
  • 1 med Green capsicum
  • 1 med Yellow capsicum
  • 1 med Brown onion
  • 100g Snow peas
  • 2-3 Bok choy
  • 1 pk Mt Barker Chinese Chicken meal (400g)
  • 1 med Carrot – julienned
  • 100g Wok bok cabbage
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2-3 tbsp Canola oil*


  1. Prep your noodles as per on-pack instructions.
  2. Heat up your Chinese chicken meal centre in the interim (follow on pack for instructions).
  3. Heat your wok and add oil.
  4. Add onion and sweat them down until they go soft. Then add the julienned carrots.
  5. Once your carrots have become hot add the rest of your veggies.
  6. Toss your noodles into your wok and mix through the veggies.
  7. Add your Chinese chicken and incorporate it into your noodles, garnish and enjoy!
